Alarm at tire shop showing perimeter motion

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported alarm at a business on Jayhawk Street, where a security system indicated motion on the perimeter and in a shop area. No keyholder had been reached at the time of the radio traffic.
