Neglected ducks and chickens reported in Cameron

As discussed during the dispatch call, animal control officers in Cameron respond to a report of three ducks and eight chickens at a home on Upton Avenue that apparently have been without food or water for some time. Responding units plan to go to the location after meeting with a USDA representative.
