Tractor trailer hits barrier on I-86 eastbound

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a tractor trailer struck a concrete barrier on I-86 eastbound near the County Route 4 bridge in the Savona and Campbell area. Debris and a possible diesel fuel leak were reported in the hammer lane, leading to an apparent partial lane closure and traffic control under Campbell command in heavy fog conditions. Additional fire and EMS units were requested, and operations were moved to the Corning Ops 2 channel.
