Woman vomiting blood and dizzy near Watertower Bypass

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a facility near Water Tower Bypass in the Grandview area for a 60-year-old woman who was reportedly vomiting blood and experiencing vertigo, and was expected to be in the main lobby.
