Complaints about parked vehicles on Barcelona Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of several parked vehicles on northbound Barcelona Street just north of Campo Road, including a multicolored motorhome, a bobtail semi, and a tan pickup, all with unknown license plates.
