City trucks block hotel entrance in Cannon Beach

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report at a hotel on North Spruce Street after a caller reported city trucks were blocking the entrance, preventing a guest from exiting the property. Staff had been unable to reach anyone from the city for assistance.
