Parking lot disturbance with loud music and yelling

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disturbance in a parking lot near Pacific Drive in Cannon Beach involving loud music, flashing lights, yelling, and an apparent argument between parties. One unit later cleared one location and moved to contact the other party.
