Unconscious person reported on Smithfield Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a possible cardiac arrest on Smithfield Street in Canonsburg. Multiple EMS crews and fire were requested for an unconscious patient, and one arriving unit later reported the patient was conscious.
