Semi pulls down power lines, driver trapped in cab

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews respond behind a Canton business near 30th Street Northwest for a traffic accident where a semi-truck apparently pulled down power lines and became stuck on a vehicle. The driver appears trapped inside but is reported to be uninjured.
