Woman injured in reported assault on Cleveland Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medics responded to a reported female assault victim near 3rd Street and Cleveland Avenue. The assault was said to have occurred earlier near 4th Street and McKinley Avenue, and police later took over care of the individual while medics became available.
