ATV reported in roadway near Tuscarawas and Fallon

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer checked a report of an ATV in the roadway near Tuscarawas Street West and Fallon in Canton. The officer did not find the reported red ATV but spoke with a green ATV rider and advised them to stay off the road.
