As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond near Nova Avenue and Cumberland Street for a vehicle in a ditch with three apparently intoxicated occupants. One male is reported unconscious but breathing, another person is vomiting, and Narcan is discussed and apparently administered while medical units are requested.
