Person suspected of stroke at Central Medical in Capitola

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were sent code 3 to a medical facility on Park Avenue for a possible stroke. The call was later updated to indicate an AMR medical response and not a priority C Charlie medical at the same location.
