59-year-old man loses consciousness with chest pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call at a residence on Bear Garden Trail for a 59-year-old man with chest pain, vomiting, low blood pressure, and loss of consciousness after returning from the gym. Fire personnel assisted EMS with removing the patient from the home.
