Fire alarm at New Era House caused by shower steam

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a reported fire alarm at an apartment building on New Era Road in Carbondale. Facility management later reported the alarm was apparently triggered by shower steam, the system was reset, and the fire response was canceled.
