Physical altercation between man and woman on Hamilton

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported physical disturbance between a man and a woman near the 100 block of West Hamilton Street. No weapons were reported. Medical personnel were requested and then cancelled when the patient chose to go with a medical unit to a nearby station.
