37-year-old male with suicidal thoughts at W 9th St

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a 37-year-old man with suicidal thoughts walking near West 9th Street and North Greenlaw Avenue in Carlisle. He reportedly attempted self-harm earlier but was stopped by his wife and now may be threatening an officer. Units are responding to speak with him.
