Man found unresponsive, possibly intoxicated near Carlsbad

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS was dispatched to a home near Westridge Avenue in Carlsbad for a medical emergency involving a man who was reportedly not waking up and may be intoxicated. Police were already on scene when medical units were requested.
