Dog injured after neighbor dog jumps fence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a residence near 3rd Street in Carlton for a reported dog fight. A neighbor’s dog reportedly jumped a fence and attacked the reporting party’s grandchild and dog. The child was confirmed uninjured, and one dog was reported injured.
