Truck crash near Water Street and Taylor

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers monitored a truck near the Water Street exit in Carlton. The truck ended up near Water Street and Taylor Street, and the driver apparently arranged a tow. The vehicle was removed from a prior crash scene and the road was cleared.
