Hit-and-run crash involving garbage truck and van

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a reported hit and run motor vehicle accident near Dorothy Street. A garbage truck driver reports that an Amazon van struck the side of his truck and then fled the area, possibly heading down Thompson Street toward a nearby main road. No injuries are reported.
