Pedestrian hit by scooter near pharmacy counter

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a business near West Highway 30 in Carroll for an apparent accident where an elderly man on foot was struck by a woman on a scooter inside near the pharmacy counter, causing multiple lacerations without serious bleeding.
