Elderly woman falls and hallucinates at Carrollton home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a woman in her seventies appeared to fall near her bed at a residence near Mallard Drive. She showed signs of hallucination and possible sepsis, and had a hand cut. She has a history of hip fractures.
