Woman with breathing trouble near Boyd Drive in Fairview Place

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a residence on Boyd Drive in the Fairview Place area for a 71-year-old woman who had reportedly been sick since the morning and was having trouble breathing. Medic units responded and one unit arrived on scene, with the patient later transported to a hospital in Carroll County.
