Hit-and-run crash reported near County Road 291

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers requested a hit-and-run traffic accident report in Carrollton. An officer first planned to meet the reporting party at a location on Ray Street, then changed location to a site near County Road 291 believed to be involved in the same collision. Another unit stopped a vehicle elsewhere, and a black Honda Civic was reported following too closely on a nearby highway.
