Man on stimulants needs medical check at hotel

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a welfare check near an airport hotel after a caller at the front desk reported a man in distress. The man later left on foot but was contacted outside the hotel. He was described as a 39-year-old male who appeared to be high on stimulants and was to be checked by medical personnel.
