Hit-and-run involving red sedan in Carthage

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible hit-and-run in Carthage, where a red sedan allegedly struck a black Ford Fusion and then continued eastbound on Highway 96 from the River Street area. Damage is believed to be on the driver’s side door of the red sedan.
