Suspicious 911 call with background voices

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a suspicious 911 call from a location on Marina Road in Casco. The call disconnected, and a voicemail was left when dispatch tried to call back. Background sounds on the original call reportedly included music and voices.
