Intoxicated man found lying face down on sidewalk

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male was found lying face down on the sidewalk near Walnut and Maple. Rescue was requested but later canceled after he was talking. The person appeared to be very intoxicated. There was also a request to verify a possible warrant related to a male suspect.
