Person having seizures near CY Avenue with CPR underway

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near CY Avenue in Casper for a person who reportedly had a seizure and became unconscious near a bar. Responders later reported a man in apparent seizure with CPR in progress, and multiple fire and rescue units were dispatched to the scene.
