Report of intoxicated bar patrons and vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of two very intoxicated people who had been drinking at a bar and were linked to a silver pickup truck registered near Fairway Drive in Casper. The reporting party said they appeared impaired and stumbled after being confronted about driving.
