Dispute over unpaid truck purchase and return

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was dispatched to a location near Stone Trail in Castroville for a possible vehicle theft or civil dispute. A man reported that he allowed another person to use and buy his truck through payments, but the other person has not paid and reportedly refuses to return the vehicle.
