Vehicle off road near Black River Street overpass

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a vehicle went off the eastbound side of Highway 270 near the Black River Street overpass around mile marker 25. Officers on scene reported the vehicle was in cattails and there did not appear to be any leak or impact, so fire units were canceled.
