Man on narcotics threatens family and self in home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a psychiatric emergency at a home near Astoria Parkway and Eagle Boulevard involving a male reportedly on narcotics who has threatened a partner and a child, is damaging property, and has threatened to overdose. Law enforcement is being sent and other responders are asked to stage nearby.
