Woman reports assault in apartment on 4th Avenue NW

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a domestic disturbance at an apartment on 4th Avenue Northwest in Catawba. A woman reported that a man assaulted her multiple times and threw objects at her. The man, described as intoxicated, reportedly left in a tan Chevy Tahoe and may be heading toward an address near Emmanuel Church Road in Conover. Deputies later reported two males back inside the residence.
