As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports an elderly man near Cherrydell Rd (off Mt Ridge Rd and Frederick Rd) is reportedly threatening suicide and is said to be very intoxicated with a plan to use carbon monoxide. Information came from a veterans crisis line; he is reportedly alone and his son lives next door.
