Unconscious elderly man breathing normally in Cedar City

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS units respond to a medical emergency involving an unconscious but breathing adult man at a residence near North 2950 West in Cedar City. Dispatch later reports that the patient is going in and out of consciousness, and multiple rescue and medic units are en route or on scene.
