1613. ...oriented 78, 7-8-year-old female. We were called out for difficulty breathing, which turned out to be a COPD exacerbation. A patient was on four leaders at-home concentrator, was in the mid-80s and having a very hard time breathing. I'd say at one point she was down in the mid-70s. On arrival, she was in the 80s for us. on her home oxygen. We have her on 15 liters by non-re breather, which as long as she doesn't speak, keeps her up at 92-93%. As soon as she speaks, she drops back down to the low 80s.
