Driver repeatedly approaches woman walking dogs

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a third-party report from a resident in Cedarville about a possible suspicious vehicle. A gray Dodge Charger reportedly drove toward a woman walking dogs near Mill Street and Oak Street at a high rate of speed, then backed up and tried to talk to her. A deputy was sent to check the area, and no driver description or license plate was available.
