Dementia patient incident at Center Peggyville Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were asked to respond near Center Peggyville Road for a welfare check involving a person with dementia who may be combative and may have firearms in the home. Radio traffic also mentioned difficulty making contact with the sheriff while EMS contact was reportedly made.
