As discussed during the dispatch call, officers followed up on an earlier call and confirmed that a blue Chevy Spark was reportedly towed from a mall parking lot by a local towing company about two hours earlier.

In reference to 25's call, I made contact with one of the drivers for I & Z Towing, and he advised he did tow a blue Chevy Spark from the mall about 2 h ago.
