Speeding vehicle passes on double yellow line

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a traffic complaint on the 2100 block of Earlystown Road regarding a purplish Honda Pilot that reportedly passed another vehicle over a double yellow line and was speeding toward Boalsburg near a golf course.
