Man with rib pain and shortness of breath medevaced

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews coordinated a medevac from White Marsh Park for a 24-year-old man with severe rib pain and shortness of breath following a prior cardiac arrest and rib fractures. Ground units and troopers established a landing zone at the park while the patient was transported there by EMS for airlift.
