Passenger refuses to exit rideshare vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disorderly conduct incident near Centreville Road involving a Lyft driver and a female passenger who reportedly refused to get out of a red Kia Sorento. Both the driver and the passenger called to report a dispute after the passenger asked for the car’s volume to be lowered.
