Property dispute after being kicked out of an apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, caller reported being kicked out of a friend’s apartment after about 48 hours and was standing on the sidewalk near 4th St in Centuria. The caller said personal property (including a phone and business equipment) was still inside and the other party was talking about throwing it away. Caller also mentioned the other party asked for a gun the prior night; the gun was reportedly hidden and later secured. The other party reportedly said it was a civil matter.
