Welfare check for man with liver failure and seizures

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check on a man at a residence on West Woodcrest Drive after his wife, calling from out of state, reported that he is a chronic alcoholic with possible liver failure and seizures and had turned off his phone.
