Smoke from electrical breaker at Cortez Court home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medical crews responded to a reported structure fire at a residence near Cortez Court and East Washington Avenue in Chandler. An officer on scene later reported there was no active fire and that the smoke appeared to be coming from a main breaker.
