Reported hydroxyzine overdose involving a 20-year-old woman

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported overdose near N Elliott Rd in Chapel Hill. A 20-year-old woman was reported conscious and breathing after taking about 20 hydroxyzine pills, and a 14-month-old child was also reported on scene. The caller reported the door was locked, and law enforcement was also en route.
