Woman with heart failure suffers low blood pressure at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a home near Ryan Road in Chapel Hill for a possible cardiac emergency involving a 40-year-old woman with reported congestive heart failure, low blood pressure, and sweating.
