Teen stays at home after dispute over return

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call from a woman in Chapman about her daughter’s boyfriend, who was reportedly staying at their home and did not want to return to his own residence due to a rough home situation. Deputies were directed to a residence on West Chapman Road for a possible family-related welfare concern involving the youth and his father.
